2023 Educator & Staff Member of the Year Award Nominations Due May 19

Once again this year, Xenia Community Schools will honor two staff members: an Educator of the Year and a Staff person of the Year.
These awards are based on the employee’s dedication to the job, willingness to help colleagues and others, their character, and more. These awards reflect the expectations and high standards we set for Xenia students.
To nominate a deserving educator or staff person, colleagues, parents, and community members are invited to submit this nomination form explaining why the nominee is deserving of this award. Explain what makes this teacher or staff person extraordinary and how he/she has made a difference and has made an impact on you or a student, and/or how this nominee has improved a building/department’s culture, efficiency, or achievement.

Deadline for nominations: Friday, May 19, 2023
An Awards Committee will review all nominations to ensure that each meets all criteria and that the nominee is an employee in good standing; the list of nominees for consideration may be narrowed, based on this evaluation.
The winners will be chosen by a panel of judges; winners will be announced, and awards presented at Convocation on August 14, 2023.
