XHS Chem Club Students Bring the Excitement of Science Learning to McKinley Elementary

Recently, our XHS Chemistry Club visited McKinley to put on an exciting and educational chemistry show!
Throughout the school year, the Club will do shows at every elementary school and St. Brigid's, where 150 Juniors and Seniors in College Credit Plus and AP Chemistry will demonstrate up to 18 experiments. Students write the 45-minute show, using fun costumes and other props to make learning memorable and inspire young students to enjoy science!
Funding for the program is provided by a grant from the XCS Foundation.
