WMS Student Leaders Deliver for FISH Pantry

This week, our Warner Middle School student leaders delivered the haul from their fall Food Drive, where they collected 2,794 items and donated 2,407 pounds of food, to the Greene County FISH Pantry!

 

Each year, the FISH Pantry uses this donation to stock the shelves when they reopen in January after the holidays, helping support families from around the area. They are particularly thankful for this donation, as they are only closed one week each year, and this donation will help them start the new year off right.

 

While they were out and about delivering their donated items to the FISH Pantry, our WMS students took a little time to head to Shawnee Elementary to read to younger students, too.
