AFJROTC Competes at Raiders Event

On April 6, the Xenia Air Force JROTC Raiders team competed against 18 other teams from 13 schools at a Raider Competition hosted at Wayne High School. Raider Competitions are athletic competitions that can consist of many events throughout the day, including individual and team strength tests, including push-ups, tire-drag, obstacle course, team running events, and more.
The XHS team displayed a great level of strength and teamwork throughout the whole competition. One of the events was a Truck Pull where the team had to pull a truck 100 yards -- and thanks to their great teamwork skills, they managed to finish in third.
