Dear Parents and Guardians,
Congratulations to the Class of 2024 and their families! Below are some VERY important details regarding the graduation rehearsal and the ceremony itself.
Tuesday May 21 - Graduation Rehearsal
● 7:35 am - All students participating in the graduation ceremony need to report to XHS. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND REHEARSAL, YOU WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE GRADUATION CEREMONY.
● XHS in person learners report to first period.
● All other learners, i.e. online, career center and those without a first period, are to report to the gym.
● Events of the Day
1. Report to school at 7:35 am.
2. Breakfast (last chance to pay any outstanding fees).
3. Rehearsal (students will receive their caps and gowns at the end of rehearsal).
4. Senior Celebration at the elementary schools.
5. Return to XHS for senior picnic.
● IF students already have their caps and gowns, they need to bring those to rehearsal.
● ALL fees, chrome books and library books MUST be returned in order to participate in graduation.
Wednesday, May 22 - GRADUATION DAY!!
· 6:15 pm - Graduates ONLY park in lot 9 behind the Nutter Center and enter the McLin Gym
· Only wear the SOLID BLUE TASSEL in the graduation ceremony.
· The Xenia crest must appear on the gown--even if it is borrowed.
· The only items worn on the outside of the gown are the school issued cords. Any questions about this, please contact Mrs. Tate at [email protected]. Failure to adhere to this policy may jeopardize the ability to participate in the ceremony.
· Caps MAY NOT be decorated in any way. Failure to adhere to this policy may jeopardize the ability to participate in the ceremony.

If students wish to save any of their documents or work that is on their XHS Google Drive, they will need to transfer their files to a personal account. Directions are in the link below.
